Daily rates include:

• Accommodation, meals, wine, beer and soft drinks.
• Services of a Professional hunter, trackers and skinners and camp staff.
• Hunting vehicle.
• Field preparation of trophies.
• Daily Laundry.
• Hunting Licenses and permits – Excluding Cites.

Daily Rates exclude:

• Transport from Airport to Lodge: Airport pick up and return - $100 pp
• Air travel-charter or commercial- and accommodation incurred before and after contracted period.
• Liqour
• National Parks fees.
• Specialty Items
• Disinfecting, Packaging, handling, forwarding and insurance of trophies from port of exit to your taxidermist.
• Taxidermist charges.
• Value added tax – Only payable on daily rates
• Gratuities.
• Hire of firearm - $40 per rifle per day – includes ammo

Liability:
Where every effort is made to ensure the hunting client’s safety, no responsibility is accepted for any illness, accident or loss. It will be expected of hunting clients to sign an indemnity form before commencement of the hunt.

Terms and conditions:

Certain species do require CITES permits

• Suggested period of hunt- 7 – 10 days
• All animals taken or wounded will be charged for.
• A deposit 40% of the daily rate is required to confirm a booking. Payment by travelers checks or cash only are accepted.
• All other cost incurred during safari together with the trophies fees are payable on completion of hunt.
• Should a cancellation occur 60 days before commencement of safari, the deposit less 30% will be refunded.
• Safari charges become effective on the first day of contracted period and ends on termination date agreed upon.
• No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
• Advanced bookings are advisable.
